Selah Parks & Recreation Service Area Pool Options:

Option 1: Construct a standard 25 yard pool with features and depths for swim lessons and recreational, competitive, and lap swimming. Additionally, there will be an interactive zero-entry pool for younger children, with a run-out slide, a second slide for older children and four-lane pool for programming and recreation. The site would also be expanded to provide more space for participants, families, and swim team activities. Cost: $5.2 million. This pool would cost the owner of a $200,000 home approximately $49.07 per year or $4.09 per month.

Option 2: Construct a standard 25 yard pool with features and depths for swim lessons and recreational, competitive, and lap swimming. Additionally, there will be an interactive zero-entry pool for younger children, and one run-out slide. Cost: $4.2 million. This pool would cost the owner of a $200,000 home approximately $39.63 per year or $3.30 per month.
