NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION
Somerset II Preliminary Plat
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Selah City Council will conduct a closed record public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 4:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as practical, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall Building, 115 W. Naches Avenue., Selah, WA to consider a request by Zuker-Sample, LLC to reconsider the Council’s decision on “Somerset II”, a 20 lot preliminary plat application rendered on August 11, 2015. The site is located on the east side of Herlou Drive approximately 100 feet north of Lyle Loop and 200 feet south of Weems Way.
This is a closed record public hearing; no new testimony or information will be taken, except as it may relate to the request for reconsideration.
Application information and maps detailing the proposal are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the City of Selah Planning Department, 222 South Rushmore Road Selah, WA.
