Welcome Home Veterans Event – September 13, 2014

On the 13th of September 2014, the local Veteran’s Center in conjunction with the City of Selah will be hosting a “Welcome Home Veterans” activity at Wixson Park. The event has numerous sponsors such as: Pingrey Motors, The Marine Corp League, the Lions Club, Work Source of Yakima, People for People, Perry Tech, and Blue Mt. Action Council to name just a few. The event is for ALL veterans and their families. There will be activities for the kids, as well as displays of motorcycles, vintiques, military vehicles, and much more. Food vendors will be available at the park.We invite everyone to come and join in on the activities while welcoming home our veterans from all services and all times.
