As of March 19, 2020 Courts have been provided an updated emergency order from the Supreme Court. Hour by hour there is increasing concern about the spread of the novel Coronavirus (covid-19) crisis. Selah Municipal Court is taking every measure to follow the order provided. Effective immediately Selah Municipal Court has made the following changes to our court proceedings.
All trials are continued until after April 24, 2020.
All out of custody criminal cases will be rescheduled until after April 24, 2020.
All infractions hearings will be rescheduled until after April 24, 2020.
All in custody criminal matters shall be rescheduled until after April 24, 2020 except for cases allowed to be set by the Supreme Court.
For the main Clerks office, the previous order remains in full effect such as,
The Selah Municipal court remains open, the Clerk of the Court will be available by telephone and both mail and email will be received.
