City of Selah Public Notice: Selah Urban Area Comprehensive Plan Amendment Process
Amendment application forms are available from the City of Selah Planning Department. Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map require a $400 non-refundable application fee. Application forms and information about the Comprehensive Plan and annual amendment process are available from the Planning Department, located at 222 S Rushmore Road, Selah, Washington 98942. Comprehensive Plan 2026 Periodic Update
The City of Selah is updating its Comprehensive Plan as required by the Washington State Growth Management Act. Over the upcoming months, the Planning Commission will discuss draft and final versions of the plan elements and development regulations. Scheduled meeting dates and draft documents will be posted here as they become available. Public participation is highly encouraged.
